Rules for rebooking 2010
- All direct participants from 2009 can respond until 5 November 2009 for a preferred stand reservation (without obligation). After the exhibition you will receive a confirmation of this, including the costs for the stand, a detailed floor plan and the rules and regulations. After the 5th of November 2009 registration will be open to everybody. You can place an option for participation with Ivo Meertens (+31 30-2952765) or Sander van Kilsdonk (+31 30-2952819). During the exhibition you can find us in the Exhibitors Lounge (01.L001).
- Your location in 2009 is not automatically reserved for
2010!
- All exhibitors with an A-location in 2009 next to the
entrance or the main terrace have first choice in re-
booking an A-Location in 2010. After the 5th of
November A-Locations are open to everybody.
- Also: “First come, first served”. To give everybody a fair chance, please send us your first 3 choices of stand locations. Nr 1 on your list is your most preferred location. Every company is allowed to have 1 location reserved don the floor plan. The rest of the preferred locations will be 2nd options.
- To finalize your preferred location and change into a
final booking you can return your option completed
with signature by fax or email. Your option will be
valid until 18th of January 2010. After this date your
option will be released
